Roofs overoperating buildings.
The difference between commercial and residential is not the membrane. It is that the building has to keep running while you work on it.
We have run the commercial side alongside residential since the beginning, and the portfolio covers most of what Dallas has: shopping centers, medical office, churches, warehouses, hotels, and multi-tenant office.
What owners and property managers actually buy from us is scheduling. Phasing the work so the doors stay open, staging materials where they do not block a loading dock, and sequencing tear-off so no section is ever open to weather overnight.
What we run
- TPO and single-ply membrane replacement
- Modified bitumen and built-up systems
- Coating and restoration where the deck is dry
- Commercial metal, tile and steep-slope
- New construction roofing
- Scheduled maintenance plans with documented inspections
Maintenance plans
A commercial roof fails at the details — drains, penetrations, seams, parapet terminations — and it fails quietly. A twice-yearly documented inspection catches a two hundred dollar seam repair before it becomes a re-roof and an insurance claim on the tenant's inventory.
Have a building that needs looking at? We will come out and document it.
Let us geton your roof.
Tell us what is going on and we will schedule an inspection. We walk the roof, photograph everything, and hand you the report — whether or not you hire us.
