Arrington Roofing has operated out of 2203 Obenchain Street in North Oak Cliff since 1983. That is forty-two years in one place, in a trade where the average storm-chasing outfit is gone in eighteen months.

In that time we have completed somewhere north of twelve thousand roofs across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Asphalt on ranch houses in Farmers Branch. Clay tile in University Park. Standing seam metal on the hillside moderns in Kessler Park. Historic restoration in Munger Place. Vegetative roofs, rooftop decks, church steeples, warehouses.

We are still family owned and operated, which is not a marketing line so much as a structural fact about how the work gets done. The person who quotes your roof is answerable for the crew that installs it. There is no regional manager between you and the decision.

What we will not do

We do not roof over an existing layer. It hides rotted decking, voids most manufacturer warranties, and costs you more when the next roof comes due.

We do not promise you an insurance approval. That is your adjuster's decision, and any roofer who tells you otherwise is selling you something they cannot deliver. What we do is document the damage properly and stand on the roof with the adjuster.

We do not absorb, waive, or bury your deductible. In Texas that is insurance fraud, and it puts the homeowner at risk alongside the contractor.

Manufacturer credentials are earned, audited, and revocable — which is what makes them worth anything. Ours are current:

Practically, GAF Master Elite is what lets us write GAF's strongest warranty coverage. A contractor without it cannot, regardless of how well they install the roof.
