Arrington Roofing has worked out of the same yard on Obenchain Street since 1983. Four decades and roughly twelve thousand roofs across the Metroplex — Kessler Park moderns, University Park tile, Highland Park period homes, and ranch after ranch after ranch.
We are still family owned, and it shows up in the part that matters: the person who quotes your roof answers for the crew that installs it. When a warranty question comes up in year six, the number on the invoice still rings here.

Certifications you canactually go check.
Manufacturer credentials are earned and revocable. These three are current, and every one of them is listed on the manufacturer's own directory.

Why Dallas homeownerscall us back.
Since 1983
Forty-two years at the same Dallas address. When a warranty question comes up in year six, the phone number still works.
Family Owned
Still family owned and operated. The person who quotes your roof answers for the crew that installs it.
GAF Master Elite
One of a small share of contractors nationwide holding it, alongside CertainTeed Select ShingleMaster and FORTIFIED Roof credentials.
12,000 Roofs
Twelve thousand completed projects across the Metroplex. Whatever is on your house, we have almost certainly replaced one.
Tear-Off, Always
We do not roof over an existing layer. It hides rotted decking, voids warranties, and costs you more on the next roof.
24/7 Emergency
Water coming in at two in the morning is not a next-business-day problem. We tarp it and stop the damage.

Four steps,no surprises.
Most roofing complaints are not about the roof. They are about not knowing what was happening, or when. Here is the whole sequence.
We walk the roof, photograph every slope, and check the attic. You get the report whether or not you hire us.
We sit down and go through the photographs with you. Repair, replace, or leave it alone — you get the honest version, in writing.
If it is storm damage we document it and meet your adjuster on the roof. If it is not, you get a fixed scope and a fixed price.
Tear off to the deck, replace what is rotted, new underlayment and flashing, and a magnet sweep every single day.
The Metroplex,city by city.

Think a storm got your roof? We will tell you the truth about it, free.
Straight answers.
The things Dallas homeowners actually ask us, answered without the sales pitch.
Or just call (214) 698-8443Yes. We inspect the roof, photograph what we find, and give you the report whether or not you hire us. There is no charge and no obligation, and you keep the photographs either way.
That is your adjuster's decision, and any roofer who promises you an approval is telling you something they cannot know. What we do is document the damage properly and meet the adjuster on the roof so the assessment happens with a roofer present.
Yes. Your deductible is your obligation under your policy. A contractor offering to absorb it, waive it, or build it into the invoice is proposing insurance fraud, and in Texas that is a crime for the homeowner as well as the roofer. We do not do it.
Most Dallas homes are one to two days once the material is on site. Tile, slate, standing seam, and larger or steeper homes take longer. You get the schedule before we start and a call the same day if weather moves it.
GAF awards it to a small share of roofing contractors nationwide, and it requires licensing, insurance, and a sustained record of proper installation. Practically, it lets us offer GAF's strongest warranties, which a non-certified contractor cannot.
Yes. A roof is rarely a planned expense, and financing lets the work happen now rather than after another storm season. We will walk you through the options when we give you the estimate.
